A method for preparing a high-performance zinc oxide thin film, comprising the following steps:

(1) Plasma surface treatment of polyester substrate

Place the flexible polyester substrate in deionized water containing a certain amount of detergent and sonicate for 10-15 minutes in the deionized water; Then, wash the front and back sides of the flexible polyester substrate one by one with a soft and clean brush to remove the dirt and oil stain on the substrate surface, and then wash the substrate repeatedly with deionized water until there is no foam on the substrate; Next, immerse the flexible polyester in ethanol and sonicate for 10-15 minutes to remove organic matter from the substrate surface. Afterwards, rinse the substrate repeatedly 4-6 times with deionized water; Next, sonicate the flexible polyester substrate with deionized water for 25-30 minutes. Then, pour out the sonicated deionized water from the container and add new deionized water, Remove the clean flexible polyester from deionized water one by one and lay it flat on a clean large petri dish. Place it together in a clean oven at a temperature of 55-60 ℃ for baking for 24-30 hours;

Place the cleaned and dried flexible polyester substrate into the chamber of the magnetron sputtering machine, close all valves, windows, and sputtering baffles directly below the target material of the magnetron sputtering machine, and evacuate the chamber to 3 × 10-4-5 × 10-4pa;

Rotate the anti sputtering baffle directly above the flexible polyester substrate, introduce argon and oxygen, adjust the distance between the polyester substrate and the anti sputtering baffle, set the corresponding argon oxygen ratio, overall gas flow rate, working pressure, sputtering power, and plasma treatment time, and perform anti sputtering plasma treatment on the surface of the flexible polyester substrate;

(2) Preparation of conductive sol

Dissolve zinc acetate dihydrate in a solvent with a molar concentration of 0.5-1mol/L of zinc ions, stir at 30-35 ℃ until dissolved, and then add stabilizer and aluminum sulfate to the solution in sequence, with a molar ratio of * *, Al3+:Zn2+=0.02-0.03: 1. The mixed solution is stirred at a constant temperature of 75-85 ℃ in a water bath for 4-5 hours. The resulting mixed solution is aged at room temperature for 25-30 hours to obtain a conductive sol;

(3) The conductive sol is used to spin coating to prepare zinc oxide gel film on the above plasma surface treated polyester substrate, and the obtained zinc oxide gel film is dried in air at 100-105 ℃ for 10-20 minutes; Then, heat treat in air at 450-500 ℃ for 10-20 minutes to obtain a zinc oxide film.

The three sets of dispersing heads are easy to replace and suitable for different process applications. The different models of machines in this series have the same line speed and shear rate, making it very easy to scale up production. It also meets the CIP/SIP cleaning standards and is suitable for food and pharmaceutical production.

High rotational speed and shear rate are important for obtaining ultrafine suspension lotion. According to some industry specific requirements, its shear rate can exceed 15000rpm, and the rotor speed can reach 44m/s. Within this speed range, turbulence caused by shear forces combined with specially developed motors can reduce the particle size range to the nanometer level. The shear force is stronger, and the particle size distribution of lotion is narrower.
